Discord is an amazing multi-purpose chat app widely recognized by more than 200 million people in the world. It is a communication and chats app originally designed for gamers to communicate with one another as regards problems likely to be experienced while playing PC games. However, over the past years, it has become a platform used by like-minded people to discuss a variety of issues. It is now more of a social forum where people could create public or private servers and then have a nice time chatting with friends from different parts of the world via voice calls, video chats, or text messaging. More so, one can choose to join any server of his or her choice.

Apparently, each Discord community or server has its discord guidelines which its members are obliged to respect and obey. Failure to obey such rules will lead to serious sanctions. The first step to take when a user violates a rule is to inform the moderator of that particular server of such violation. These moderators are vested with the power to kick out lawless users from such a server. However, if the moderators refuse to act appropriately, then the issue can be reported directly to Discord’s Trust and Safety team for appropriate action.

However, this procedure is quite different on a Mobile device, Desktop, and Apple device respectively. Below is a step by step guide that needs to be duly followed when reporting someone on Discord.
