We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The chosen individual will create new business, handle customer enquiries, carry out consultations, and convert leads into sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and present them with fitted furniture options to suit their demands and budget.

Principal accountabilities

• Respond to sales enquiries from potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, storage needs, and project objectives.
• We are here to demonstrate and describe our selection of fitted wardrobes, kitchens, utility rooms, lounges, dressing rooms, and walk-in closet solutions.
• Create accurate quotes and proposals that meet the needs of the customer.
• Maximise conversion rates by following up on leads and quotes.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships through the whole sales process.
• Work together with designers, surveyors, and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve and beat personal sales targets and KPI’s.
• Keep detailed logs of customer engagements and sales operations within the organization’s CRM platform.
• Keep up with industry developments, rival movements, and new product launches.

Requirements

Key

• Experience in a sales role, ideally in fitted furniture, kitchens, bedrooms, home remodelling, interiors or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and personal abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to establish rapport rapidly.
• Results-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle many customer projects at the same time.
• Good time and organisational management abilities.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence (if customer visits are required).

Wanted

• Experience selling made-to-measure fitted closets, kitchens, or interior solutions.
• Design software or space planning principles knowledge.
• Experience with at-home consultations.

Salary

£31,500.00 – £33,500.00 per year
