Step 1: Visit www.dhgate.com and log in to your account using your username and passord.

Step 2: Click the “My DHgate” link at the top of any DHgate page.Automatically you will see the list of transactions currently being processed.

Step 3: Under the “Status Column”, click the icon to start a dispute for that transaction. You will be taken to the dispute console page.

Step 4: On the Dispute Console page, select the problem you want to report by selecting any of the following reasons;

  • Report an Unpaid Item or
  • Report an Item Not Received or
  • Not as Described.

Step 5: Leave some comments describing the reason for your complaint. Then follow the instructions on the report pages.

How to Track your Dispute Status on DHgate

You will need to follow-up on your dispute to ensure that it’s resolved. To do that, follow the steps below;
Step 1: Click over the Dispute icon in the Active Purchase Order page to view the status of the current disputes,
Step 2: Click on the Purchase Order Number under the column PO# and then choose Dispute in the blue bar at the top of the page.
Each dispute is organized into columns, detailing the number of the disputed transaction, the date it was completed, the other party’s Email, and the dispute status. The disputed status tells you if the dispute is open or closed, and whether you need to take action on it.

How to Get Refunds on DHgate

Once the dispute is resolved in your favor, buyers can return item(s) for a refund within a specific day which has been set up by seller: Such as 3-days, 7-days, 15-days, and/or 30-days from the day when the item(s) were received. The item(s) receive date is the date that is indicated on the official shipping carrier’s website.
