Table of Contents
- Oversee early-careers recruitment across operations, commercial, strategy, product, growth, and core departments
- Manage full-lifecycle graduate, intern, and entry-level recruitment
- Build, expand, and maintain strategic relationships with universities, career departments, academic heads, and student societies
- Design and execute targeted campus attraction campaigns across the UK
- Attend career fairs, guest lectures, and university networking sessions across the UK
- Own CV screening, interviews, assessments, and recruitment pipelines
- Partner with leadership and team leads to map hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Deliver an engaging candidate journey from campus outreach through offer acceptance and remote onboarding
- Track pipeline conversion metrics
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the higher education landscape
- Ability to navigate university networks, career centers, and student organizations
- Experience managing graduate, intern, and entry-level recruitment processes
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with universities, career departments, academic heads, and student societies
- Ability to design and execute campus attraction campaigns across the UK
- Experience with CV screening, interviews, assessments, and recruitment pipelines
- Ability to partner with leadership and team leads to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Ability to track pipeline conversion metrics • Ability to support remote onboarding
