Care Assistant – Sponsorship Available

Hales are happy to possess a Sponsor Licence and are now accepting applications for the Skilled Worker Visa Route. To apply for this post, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be able to apply for a Skilled Worker Visa.
- Full access to your own vehicle and driver’s licence.
- Currently live in or around Lincolnshire and have your own accommodation.
- Able to travel to our care packages in Market Rasen, Wragby and adjacent places.

Home Care Aide
Located at: Market Rasen
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour
Hours: 7 AM-2 PM and 4 PM-10 PM
Districts covered: Market Rasen, Wragby and adjacent districts.
No experience needed – paid training and induction to ensure you are confident in your work.
You will need a full UK driving licence and possess your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support people in Lincolnshire to live freely in their own homes. You can make someone’s day, and make your own day more meaningful, every time you visit.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Assistance with meal preparation and medicine
- Light house work and food shopping assistance
- Companionship and emotional support

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- No experience necessary; we have had people come from hospitality, retail and customer service industries.
