Summary of Role

We are looking for Female Home Care Workers to cover clients in the Sefton area.

This is a women-only function under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9) due to the personal and intimate care demands of our clients.

You have to:

Living in the Sefton area

Can reliably go locally between calls

A complete UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Sponsorship details

• We can only support candidates who:
• Already in the UK
• Have a Skilled Worker Visa or Graduate Visa
• Satisfy the Sefton location criteria

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide personal care with respect and humility
• Help with activities of daily living (eating, medications, house cleaning)
• Provide company and emotional support
• Perform wellness checks
• Adhere to care plans and workplace policies

What We Are Looking For

• Caring, dependable, professional attitude
• Good communication skill
• Flexible attitude towards shifts (incl. weekends)
• Previous experience of caring is preferred but not needed
• Wants to be background checked
• Full UK driving licence & own car essential
• Class 1 Business Insurance (or willingness to get)
• Must reside in Sefton or close by
