Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our organization as a Branch Management Trainee. The program is designed to create future leaders via extensive training and hands-on experience in branch operations, customer service and team management. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic workplace and acquire valuable skills in supervision and management, whilst contributing to the success of our branch network. Responsibilities

• Assist with the day to day branch operations including customer service, administrative activities and sales activities.
• Assist senior management in monitoring employees and making sure the team is productive
• Participate in leadership, management techniques and organisational procedures training programs
• Support the creation and implementation of branch strategies to satisfy corporate goals
• Help plan team meetings, training sessions and community engagement activities
• Look at branch performance statistics to see where we can do better and make changes to fix things.
• Interact with clients to guarantee high levels of satisfaction and build long-term connections
• Progressively expanded duties as part of the management development pathway

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desired but not essential; the key is a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
• Good organisational abilities and capacity to handle numerous activities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with focus on team development and motivation
• Can be flexible in a fast-paced atmosphere and troubleshoot efficiently
• A certified qualification in business management or similar subjects an advantage but not a must
• Driving license desirable but not essential. Willingness to travel between branches as necessary
