Become a part of the Gourmet Sushi team

We are hiring for 10 x Front of House Team Members to join our expanding Gourmet Sushi team at our various London locations.

We are a busy sushi restaurant & takeaway business offering fresh, high-quality food through dine-in, takeaway, collection and delivery platforms.

If you are an experienced hospitality professional or are looking to kick-start your career in the sector, we want to hear from you. Full training will be given.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Taking orders over the counter and over the phone
• Handling cash and credit payments
• Operation of the Till/EPOS system
• Assisting consumers with menu enquiries and suggesting menu items
• Preparation & packing of takeout & collection orders
• Dealing with internet delivery orders from sites like Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat
• Check orders for completeness and accuracy before collection or shipping
• Cleaning, tidying and maintaining the front of house and customer spaces to be clean and friendly.
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen team during hectic service times
• To provide the best possible customer service at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Personality: Friendly, reliable and a team player
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a crowded setting
• Good attention to detail.
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Benchmark Pay
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, takeaway, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not needed.
