Hotel Manager – UK Visa Sponsorship Provided If Required

Summary of Position

We are looking for a passionate and talented HOTEL MANAGER to head an independent hotel with a dynamic team.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the hotel sector, with strong leadership, guest service excellence, and operational skills.

This is an excellent chance to manage a lively resort delivering exceptional guest experiences and flawless daily operations.

As Hotel Manager, you are responsible for creating a pleasant environment, providing professional services to guests, and maintaining high standards across all departments.

Duties

• Supervise day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery and visitor satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve visitor experience, including service standards and amenities.
• Oversee human resource functions such as recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and staff development.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk, and maintenance to guarantee a seamless operation.
• Monitor financial performance.
• Control budgets.
• Optimise revenue opportunities.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest issues to maintain the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

Requirements

• Five (5) years’ supervisory experience in the hotel/hospitality business or related field.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate people and create a pleasant work environment.
• Previous experience with Little Hotelier and PMS.
• In-depth understanding of hotel operations, guest services and hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills a strong advantage.
• Background in Human Resources Management at a Hospitality Setting.
• Proven ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and tact.
• Proven experience supervising workers across several departments preferred.
