Religious Program Coordinator – UK visa sponsorship

Summary of the Job

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Assistant Evangelism/Religious Program Coordinator to join us in our community outreach and spiritual programmes.

The work comprises helping to organise religious events, guiding participants, and creating a friendly environment for people of all ages.

The successful candidate will have good leadership, communication abilities, and a genuine desire for service and spiritual development.

This is a paid position that will provide an opportunity to make a real difference within our company and build significant skills in community engagement and programme coordination.

Duties

• Assist in planning and implementing religious programmes, outreach events, and community activities.
• Assist in the running of educational workshops, youth groups, and mentoring activities.
• Build positive relationships with project participants, volunteers, and community members.
• Provide advice and support to people of all ages, particularly children and vulnerable groups.
• Work with team members to create fundraising activities that support programme work.
• Assist in coordinating volunteers and helping with events and activities.
• Collect feedback and propose improvements to contribute to programme evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and program outcomes.

Certifications Experience

• Experience in teaching or coaching, ideally within religious or communal settings.
• Showed leadership skills with the capacity to motivate & inspire others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in working with children or vulnerable adults is extremely recommended.
• Attitude of compassion and devotion to service and community development.
• Ability to multitask efficiently, work collaboratively within a team, and arrange activities.
• Experience in hospice care or experience assisting people who are receiving care would be an advantage.
• Experience in fundraising and programming promotion is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Salary

Salary: £12.71- £13.00 per hour
