Obligations

• To guarantee consistent and efficient care, keep lines of communication open with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Utilise IT technologies to precisely track progress, update care records, and document observations.
• When necessary, safely transport customers to appointments or excursions while adhering to traffic laws.
• Keep an eye on your health and notify the relevant healthcare provider right away of any changes or concerns.
• Maintain hygienic standards and help with medicine administration as instructed by medical authorities.

Competencies

• A current driving licence and knowledge of safe driving techniques for client transportation
• Experience providing in-home care services or working in a care facility
• Capacity to comprehend and successfully adhere to comprehensive care programs
• Strong English communication abilities to engage with clients and teammates with assurance
• knowledge of the IT systems utilised in healthcare settings for reporting and record keeping
