PART TIME AND FULL TIME AVAILABLE Care Worker (Live in Care)

We are looking for people to join our wonderful team of Care Workers at Care Outlook to help make a difference in the lives of vulnerable and elderly people in their own homes in Banbury and the surrounding area. Apply today!

As a Care Worker, you will be out and about providing personal care, making a major difference to individuals who need it, obtaining excellent job satisfaction and creating relationships.

Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes

Rates of Pay – Per Visit

• Weekdays – £14.39 for a 1-hour visit
• Weekends – 1 hour visit £16.00

At Care Outlook, we provide our Care Workers:

• £300 Refer a Friend Bonus.
• 40p a mile mileage allowance
• Bank holidays paid at enhanced rates

As a Care Worker, you will be assisting with examples of the client’s requirements:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, clothing, etc)
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Observation, monitoring and recordkeeping.

Care Worker shifts available:

7:00am – 3:00pm

14.00 – 22.00

Part-time and full-time positions available

Must be able to work a combination of mornings, evenings, and every other Saturday and Sunday.

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING!

You will be fully supported in your work from day one to ensure you are properly trained, competent and confident in delivering great care.

Please note this Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) function is to provide care and support in the community in clients’ own homes.

No experience necessary as our Care Worker post is fully supported with good training.
