Table of Contents
- Analyse timesheet, resource utilisation and project-performance data.
- Produce executive reporting packs, dashboards and actionable insights.
- Support senior leaders with:
- Workforce planning
- Productivity analysis
- Project prioritisation
- Strategic decision-making
- Improve data quality and reporting consistency across the business.
- Champion effective use of Jira and Tempo.
- Promote accurate employee time recording.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reporting and project outcomes.
- Support delivery of strategic projects by:
- Monitoring milestones
- Tracking budgets
- Following up on actions
- Coordinating stakeholders
- Preparing project status reports
- Become a trusted analytical partner to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience turning complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working with:
- Timesheet data
- Resource-utilisation data
- Productivity/performance information
- Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive improvements in processes and data quality.
- Experience supporting projects or business-change initiatives.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable balancing detailed analysis with broader business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
