Description

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Build relationships with veterinary practices, clinics, wholesalers, and other customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information and support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business growth.
• Strengthen customer engagement and expand Dechra’s product portfolio.
• Manage customer activities and monitor sales performance.

Requirements

• Field-based sales experience, preferably in animal health, veterinary pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
• Ability to manage territories, prioritise opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer-focused presentation skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and identify business growth opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
