Table of Contents
- Own the learning experience for a portfolio of products
- Design learning journeys from start to finish, identifying customer learning needs and defining objectives
- Create e-learning modules, webinars, videos, knowledge articles, user guides and product documentation
- Transform complex product information into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services and subject matter experts
- Apply learning design best practices to create accessible, engaging and effective content
- Use customer feedback, learner engagement data and community insights to improve content
- Explore new tools, technologies and AI-powered approaches to support customer success and product adoption
Requirements
- Experience designing and creating learning content, training materials or customer education resources
- Understanding of learning design principles
- Ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, accessible and relevant content
- Confidence using e-learning and content authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms
- Comfort learning new technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience using feedback, learner insights and data to improve learning content
- Curiosity, adaptability and openness to using AI to improve work
