We are searching for a creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to assist bring our brand to life across digital and print, whilst supporting the larger marketing department.

The Work

We are searching for a creative, competent and proactive Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand creative materials, as well as supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, franchise communications and day-to-day marketing activity.

Main Responsibilities

Page Layout

• Create digital and print marketing assets like as social media graphics, posters, menus, flyers, window vinyls, digital screens and POS materials.
• Design artwork for seasonal promotions, limited-time discounts and new product launches.
• Produce advertising material for franchise stores across the UK.
• Create artwork for boxes, cups, labels and branded items.
• All creative work must follow the Karak Chaii brand rules.
• Prepare artwork to print ready format. Liaise with external printers and suppliers.
• Retouch and edit product photos as required.
• Help open new stores by providing launch artwork and branding collateral.
• Maintain and organise brand assets, templates and design files.

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives across all platforms.
• Develop and schedule social media content for Karak Chaii platforms.
• Support influencer collaborations, PR efforts and brand collaborations.
• Support the planning and execution of new product launches and promotional activities.
• Help plan photoshoots and creation of video content.
• Update website banners and marketing content as required.
• Create email marketing assets and sales materials.
• Analyse the results of marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Operations and Franchisees to make sure marketing programs are delivered consistently across all stores.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and creative support to the wider marketing team as necessary.

About Yourself

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design and marketing capacity.
• Experience in the hospitality, retail or food & beverage sector.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Robust collection of digital and print design.
• Good typography, layout and branding skills.
• Experience in managing social media content and marketing strategies.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and can operate under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and organising skills.
• Innovative, forward thinking and keen to contribute fresh ideas.

Preferable

• Experience in video editing software.
• Experience in photography and content creation.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva and email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices in digital marketing.
