Health Care Assistant – UK Visa Sponsorship Available
Job Description:
We are searching for a caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Must be competent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati to converse effectively with patients and give quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Help patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and feeding
- Monitor patients’ health and comfort by checking and recording vital signs
- Provide patients with emotional support and companionship
- Assist nurses and health care professionals with medical duties
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for the patient
- Ability to communicate well with patients and their families in Hindi and English
- UK Visa Sponsorship Available after probation period (4-6 months)
Requirements:
- Healthcare Assistant experience or similar (desirable)
- Knowledge of Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- A compassionate and sensitive approach to patients
- General understanding of healthcare processes and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in teams and follow instructions
- Relevant healthcare certification (a plus but not required)
