Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting, while respecting clients’ dignity and privacy.

• Prompt or administer medication according to training, medication administration records (MAR charts) and applicable procedures.

• Prepare meals and drinks and support clients’ nutritional and hydration needs.

• Assist clients with safe mobility, transfers and moving and handling.

• Carry out light domestic duties specified in individual care plans.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate care records using the company’s digital care system.

• Follow individual care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.

• Help clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their homes.

• Travel between clients’ homes to deliver scheduled care visits.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car — essential.

• Female applicants only, as specified in the advert.

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• A caring, compassionate, reliable and respectful attitude.
