Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, assign and monitor staff performance to guarantee smooth and effective operations within the store.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of a shop, lead personnel, assist customers, ensure stock levels are maintained, and help increase sales and customer happiness.
• Work with staff to give consumers precise information about mobile phones, accessories, tech items, repairs, special promotions and deals.
• Keep enough stock on hand, control your inventory properly, and make sure you have products for your customers.
• Professionally handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues regarding sales, services, repairs, and products.
• Manage financial records, manage daily transactions, and guarantee correct cash handling and payment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with business regulations and monitor store security procedures at all times.
• Approve payments for materials received and help with supplier issues.
• Assist in establishing product prices, discount levels, promotional offers, and financing conditions, if any.
• Make sure the products are of good quality and show them in an attractive way to get customers and increase your sales.
• Support advertising, merchandising and display tactics to enhance retail performance.
• To ensure the store is kept clean, orderly and to a high professional standard.

Qualifications:

• Retail, mobile phone, electronics or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience of supervising or managing staff would be an advantage.
• Strong communications and customer service abilities.
• Good organisational abilities and ability to control inventories and daily retail operations.
• Skilled at listening to customer problems and addressing difficulties in a professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of sales goals, pricing, promotions and financial records.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to operate both independently and in a team.
• Good understanding of mobile phones, accessories, gadgets, or technological products is desirable.

Salary

Pay: £28,000.42 – £35,600.00 per year
