As Store Manager you will be responsible for delivering great store standards, running efficient daily shop operations and giving a warm welcome to all customers. ‘We have high expectations, but we also give the same back – thru fantastic support, flexibility and opportunity for development.’

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries
• Keep the store neat, tidy and organised.
• Stock shelves and ensure things are attractively presented
• Operate cash register and process transactions correctly.
• Support inventory management and replenishment processes
• Work together with your team to reach sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in a UK retail or customer service setting (ideally within SPAR, NISA, PREMIER, COSTCUTTER or a PETROL STATION)
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• A pleasant, can-do, customer driven approach
