Full & Part-Time Positions Available

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean and organised, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Assist chefs with food preparation duties as needed to ensure all ingredients are prepped for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper repair of culinary items and equipment.
• Assistance in storing food goods, correct labelling and rotation.
• Support chefs during hectic service periods by helping out as required.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures.
• Please immediately report any maintenance issues or risks to the kitchen management.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is useful but not essential – the most important thing is a willingness to learn!
• Some knowledge of food preparation processes is helpful.
• Ability to perform successfully under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
• Must have good attitude and work well with people to aid others in the Kitchen.
• Passion for culinary arts and a desire to develop talents in the hotel industry.
