Description

• Partner with Sales Directors to win technically complex enterprise deals.
• Manage pilots end-to-end, from technical setup to demonstrating value.
• Develop technical business cases that help convert successful pilots into signed contracts.
• Deliver product demonstrations to prospects, ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Lead technical discovery to understand customers’:
  • AI technology stack
  • Data infrastructure
  • Security requirements
  • Deployment constraints
• Design integration and deployment architectures for customers and prospects across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Monitor customer adoption, identify risks early, and proactively drive product usage and value realisation.
• Identify and develop account expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Work closely with Sales to meet customer expectations and grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve the product based on customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise observability, monitoring, or analytics infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills when engaging with:
  • Prospects and customers
  • Large audiences
  • C-level executives
  • DevOps teams
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how technical success contributes to revenue growth.
• Ability to take ownership of decisions, develop creative solutions, and solve complex technical challenges.
• Solid knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
• Confidence discussing deployment architectures with senior technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
