Position Title:

We are now seeking caring and dependable Female Care Assistants to join our team. This is a female-only position as the position includes the provision of personal care to female service users in their own homes. This is a real occupational requirement under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Requisites:

• Must possess a full UK driving licence
• Must have own transportation
• Previous care experience essential.
• A friendly, caring, and dependable attitude
• Female candidates exclusively (personal care is required by female clients) (GOR)

Compensation & Benefits:

• £13.45 – £14.00 per hour
• Mileage allowance of 42p per mile
• Paid from start to end of your rota (not just contact time)
