Immediate start required :

Driving Care Workers in the UK

All applicants MUST have been continually employed within domiciliary care for a minimum of 3 months.

Fixed term Sponsorship/ COS available for suitable people in the UK.

We are Deben Willow Care Ltd, located in Woodbridge. We are a privately held supplier of community care services. We are searching for dedicated Community Care Workers to join our team.

As part of our community care team, you’ll visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent, supporting them and offering services including personal care, medication support, companionship, among a non-exhaustive list of support tasks that support and assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy, and content within their own home environment.

Essential Requirements

• To be eligible for this employment, you must hold a driving licence and your own transport
• Enhanced DBS and references upon offer of a post will be required
• It is crucial to preserve good timekeeping
• Basic knowledge of computer-based systems

Working Hours

We provide a two-week set roster with a 42-hour per week contract.

Additional overtime is available if you wish to compensate for holiday and personnel absence.
