Job Description:

Orbital Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor for a part-time, temp-to-perm position based across restaurant sites in West Kirby. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor who is looking for ongoing early morning work and the chance to lead a small cleaning team while maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained across both restaurant sites. Duties will include:

• Supervising and supporting cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Allocating daily cleaning duties and monitoring performance
• Carrying out general cleaning duties as required
• Cleaning restaurant, lounge, and grill areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Ensuring all areas remain clean, safe, and presentable for customers and staff
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting stock requirements
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ cleaning experience required
• Previous Cleaning Supervisor experience preferred. 
• Experience working within hospitality, restaurant, or commercial cleaning environments advantageous
• Must be able to drive due to location and early start times
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and use initiative
