You will have the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve successful outcomes for Salford residents. At the experienced level, you will need to demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk while promoting enablement and self-determination. You will need to network and liaise with a wide range of professionals and other colleagues, including at more senior levels.
