Essential

• Nursing Associate registration (NMC)
• Nursing Associate Level 5 Foundation Degree/Higher Apprenticeship
• GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent

Desirable

• Care Certificate

Experience

Essential

• Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate in the context of the team and the organisation, and how the role may contribute to service development
• Understanding of Clinical Governance
• Previous experience working in a health care environment. Supporting people to improve and maintain their mental, physical, and behavioural health and wellbeing

Desirable

• Experience of working within the community setting
