Relate Care Solutions Ltd is looking for caring, reliable, and devoted Domiciliary Care Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to persons receiving end-of-life care in their own homes.

This fulfilling position entails enabling clients to maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence whilst providing person-centred care during a sensitive and essential time of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care and support for adults in their own homes
• Help with personal hygiene, clothing, toileting, and movement.
• Supporting people with medicine in line with care plans and business policy.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to service users and their families.
• Keeping detailed records of care and communicating any concerns immediately.
• Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family.
• Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and freedom at all times.

Requirements

Necessary:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Use of your own vehicle in connection with your profession.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, kind, and professional approach.
• Ability to operate alone and as a team.
• Happy to have an Enhanced DBS check done.
• Work abroad consulting

Wanted:

Experience working in a home care, hospice, end-of-life care or similar caring environment.

Relevant qualification in health or social care.

Sponsor Details
