Lambeth Care Services are presently seeking for Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our established and growing team. We offer high-quality care and assistance to people living in their own homes across the boroughs of Croydon, Harrow, Ealing, Lambeth, and Brent.

Role Summary

We are looking for devoted and caring Care Assistants to give quality care and assistance to our clients. “This role really offers a chance to make a difference in people’s lives in a truly meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Reminders for medication support
• Take customers to appointments and errands
• Monitoring of Client Safety and Well-being
• Competent communication with clients, families, and professions

Eligibility:

• Caring demeanour and warm personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A genuine desire to help others
• Essential criteria: Must have a driving licence and access to a car

Sponsorship details:

Please note that visa sponsorship is not automatic and is dependent on meeting eligibility criteria and company needs.

To be eligible to be sponsored, candidates must have a minimum of three months left on their existing visa at the time of assessment.
