Previous experience of working in residential homes is not needed as we are aware that individuals arrive with a diverse range of experience and transferable abilities. We offer great induction and training packages, including support to achieve a Level 3 qualification in dealing with Children and Young people if you don’t already have this.

You will be expected to perform shifts on a rota basis. This covers evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will also be forced to sleep in as part of your tasks.
