Hope Homecare is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our friendly nurse-led team. The role involves supporting adults and children within their own homes, including individuals with complex care needs, while promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care.As a Home Care Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to service users within the community, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
• Support service users with mobility, moving and handling, and safe use of equipment
• Assist with medication administration and monitor service user wellbeing
• Support individuals with complex care needs following full training provided by the company
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
• Provide companionship and emotional support to service users
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns appropriately
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for service users
• Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team
• Travel safely between service users’ homes within the community
