Description of the Job:

• Manage every facet of restaurant operations, such as personnel scheduling, inventory control, and making sure health and safety laws are followed.
• Encouraging and inspiring restaurant employees to surpass customers’ expectations and provide outstanding service.
• By upholding excellent standards of service and swiftly and professionally resolving any difficulties, you can make sure that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
• Hiring, training, and recruiting all restaurant employees, including hosts and servers
• Employee scheduling to provide adequate coverage during shifts
• Simplifying restaurant procedures to enhance patron satisfaction
• Keeping an eye on the finances of the restaurant, including sales and expenses
• Implementing food safety regulations and other guidelines to improve visitor safety
• International employment advice
• advertising the eatery and figuring out how to attract additional patrons
• Resolving client grievances
• completing the required documentation, including reports on sales, inventory, and employee attendance

The following qualifications are needed for the role:

• Three years or more of experience as a floor manager
• Currently residing in the UK on a valid visa
• Proficiency in English
