Duties

• Maintain accurate data input for order processing, shipment information, and inventory levels.
• Help analyse supply chain data to find areas for improvement and optimise logistics operations
• Use professional phone etiquette to efficiently communicate with internal departments, vendors, and carriers.
• Assist third-party logistics companies (3PL) with shipping arrangements and problem-solving
• Ensure that all distribution activities adhere to corporate policy and safety laws.
• Keep all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions’ paperwork well-organised.

Competencies

• Full licence in the UK
• competence with AS400, SyteLine software, and transportation management systems (TMS)
• strong grasp of logistics operations, including shipping and receiving protocols, and supply chain processes
• Outstanding analytical abilities for data interpretation and distribution workflow optimisation
• Proficiency in written and oral communication, with a focus on appropriate phone behaviour
• Precise data input abilities and meticulousness in stressful situations
• knowledge of logistics industry norms and 3PL operations
• Fast typing for effective documentation and record-keeping chores
• An organised method for handling several activities at once in hectic environments

Salary
