Job Description

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

• Support clients with medication according to care plans and company procedures.

• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.

• Help clients with mobility and encourage independence.

• Maintain accurate care records.

• Protect clients’ dignity, privacy, choice and safety.

• Work with colleagues, family members and other healthcare professionals.

• Work flexibly, including weekdays, evenings and weekends where required.

• Visa sponsorship: Advertised, but only for candidates who meet the relevant UK immigration requirements.

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence — required.

• Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to clients’ homes.

• Willingness to travel as required, with the advert specifying 100% travel.

• English-language proficiency — required.

• Experience in health or social care; the advert prefers at least six months of experience in the description and one year of home-care experience in the application requirements.

• Alternatively, willingness to undertake the required training.

• Compassionate, reliable and respectful attitude.

• Good communication skills.

• Commitment to person-centred care.

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

• GCSE or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Must meet applicable UK work-authorisation and sponsorship requirements.
