Community Support Worker – UK Visa Sponsorship

Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and deliver vital care services to those receiving home care. The ideal individual will help clients with daily tasks, making sure they are well taken care of and comfortable.

Duties:

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including bathing, clothing, and oral care.
• Assist the client with mobility needs inside their dwellings
• Work together effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• administering medicine
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and serving as needed
• Carry out modest housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe atmosphere for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in a domiciliary care or home care setting is desirable
• Good communication skills in the English language, oral and written
• Basic IT abilities to record care activities
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to own vehicle – based in Cardiff or local locations
• Patient, caring personality to deal with clients in a compassionate way
