Table of Contents
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Teach learners across different age groups, including children and toddlers.
- Adapt lessons and teaching materials to accommodate students with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities.
- Assess students’ progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Create a classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity and confidence in mathematics.
- Work with parents, colleagues and support staff to develop personalised learning plans.
- Provide additional tutoring and one-to-one support where required.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress and behavioural observations.
- Participate in professional development, particularly in special education and disability support.
Requirements
- Previous experience teaching Mathematics at primary or secondary level is preferred.
- Experience working with different age groups, including toddlers and school-aged children.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for supporting students with disabilities is highly desirable.

- Ability to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience with tutoring or personalised instruction is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles and individual needs.
