What you need to know and be able to do
- Experience in managing social media, public relations, or digital communications.
- A bachelor’s degree (or something similar) in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related sector.
- Proven skill with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Insights.
- Great written and spoken communication skills; very good at coming up with new ideas, organising things, and managing projects.
- Ability to understand data and use it to plan content.
- Ability to look at data and draw useful conclusions from performance measurements.
- Being creative and able to come up with new content ideas.
- It helps if you know how to use graphic design programs like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Good at organising and able to handle more than one project at a time.
