Position

As Business Sales Executive you’ll take ownership of driving sales growth – creating new business prospects, managing and expanding customer relationships, negotiating deals and working toward set sales targets. This is a sales function and will be key to our commercial expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Seek for and develop new sales opportunities and prospects proactively
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and critical accounts.
• Negotiate price, terms and negotiations to close sales and satisfy revenue goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Track sales performance against targets and report on progress
• Establish good working relationships with suppliers and partners to help sales growth
• Stay up to speed on market trends, competitor activity and consumer needs
• Represent the company at trade fairs, meetings or customer visits as required

Who we’re looking for

Required:

Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or comparable sales support role

Successful track record in sales/business development/account management role

• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills

Target driven with a history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets

Excellent written and spoken communication abilities

Proactive, self-motivated, confident in new business generation strategy

Desire:

• Experience selling in an online retail / e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Small or expanding business experience
