• Ability to administer and maintain identity services, storage, virtualized platforms, security and AV services, Domain Services, Proxy, Windows and Linux Systems,
• Containerised platforms, monitoring services, and Public Cloud services (Office 365, Hybrid Email, and Azure ARM), and backup services, maintaining operational efficiency and above SLA performance
• Experience in creating and configuring hardware configurations for server specifications
• Ability to identify the Root cause of issues
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other common desktop software, such as antivirus and productivity suites
• Experience in designing and administering group policy objects for the forests.
