Job Overview
Tokyo Bagel is a Japanese-style bakery café in the heart of Waterloo, London, and it’s developing quickly. Come work with us as a front-of-house, barista, or barman. We make Japanese bagel sandwiches, pastries, and high-quality coffee by hand. Our evening idea is turning into a cocktail and bar experience. We’re looking for people who are passionate and full of energy to work as Front of House Staff, Baristas, and Bartenders. What we want: A friendly, cheerful, and customer-focused attitude.
It would be good if you have experience brewing coffee or working as a barman (although training can be given). Can function well in a busy setting. Good at working with others and talking to them It helps if you like Japanese food, café culture, or cocktails. You might have to do the following: make coffee, beverages, and easy desserts, give great customer service, keep the place friendly, take orders and process payments, help with the everyday running of the shop (for bartenders), make cocktails, and help with evening service
