Office Manager – Opportunity for visa sponsorship

Position Description

Principal Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the office, ensuring that administrative procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
• Facilitating team work between design, manufacturing and install teams.
• Supporting office operations.
• Manage office resources such as equipment, supplies, and external service providers.
• Plan and prioritise administrative processes and reporting to support business operations.
• Oversee and develop office staff, including hiring, training, and payroll management.
• Manage office finances, including invoices, costs, and reconciliations.
• Develop and upgrade office processes and procedures, ensuring they meet WHS and related legislative requirements.

Related Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative coordination function, preferably in a professional services setting.
• Diploma / Higher qualification in business administration or similar subject preferable, or comparable relevant work experience.
• Strong organisational abilities, ability to juggle many objectives and achieve deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with internal teams, project managers and clients.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently and contribute to smooth office functioning.
