POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and experienced Wholesale Manager to manage and grow our wholesale business. The selected applicant will be responsible for managing category portfolios and simplifying processes for efficient logistics and supply chain management. This is a great opportunity to manage a team, enhance processes, and help our wholesale business expand. An ideal candidate will have good data analysis skills, considerable warehouse expertise, and a solid understanding of logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement category management strategies to maximise sales and profitability across wholesale channels.
• Manage shipping and receiving to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Wholesale operations and supplier connections, Inventory management, and distribution methods.
• Work with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to enable smooth supply chain operations.
• Lead process improvement projects to drive efficiency in materials handling, picking & packaging, and overall warehouse operations.
• Use data analytic abilities to monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and implement remedial actions.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including the usage of forklifts, handling of materials, and rotating stock.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are followed in all warehouse activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics processes and customer satisfaction.

Work Experience

• Proven expertise in logistics or warehouse management in a wholesale context.
• Strong grasp of category management principles and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement projects within the warehousing or logistics sectors.
• Strong data analytic skills, with the ability to analyse operational data for decision making.

Salary

Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 p/a
