Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to manage the day-to-day running of our petrol station. The ideal applicant will have strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive approach to managing sales and operational activities. This function includes overseeing workers, managing customer relations, maximising sales performance, and maintaining seamless station operations.

Duties

• Supervise and manage the sales and customer service team to achieve performance targets.
• Daily operations of the petrol station, assuring smooth running and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, service excellence, and customer retention.
• Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional manner to ensure a high level of service.
• Stock level monitoring, supplier coordination, and timely replenishment of gasoline and retail products
• Analyse sales data and create reports to find patterns and areas for improvement.
• Compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and coach employees to increase skills and productivity.
• Work with management to improve business operations and meet sales targets.

Required Experience & Skills

• Sales managerial and/or customer service experience desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and supporting personnel.
• Problem-solving skills and good customer service.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with sales performance measurements and methods to drive business growth.
• Stock management & supplier coordinating experience.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in the retail or gasoline industry is a bonus.
