A well-established and fast-growing distribution business is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their operations team in Gillingham. A role that has a very friendly approach with people who are very driven but relaxed.
Key Duties
- Accurate picking and packing of customer orders
- Goods-in processing, including unloading and checking deliveries
- Stock organisation and inventory control
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
