Table of Contents
- Maintain and grow the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision business within the assigned territory
- Contribute directly to UK & Ireland market share goals
- Meet targets across Net Trade Sales and PC-IOL sales
- Build strong customer relationships and apply clinical insight and effective selling
- Manage NHS and private sector accounts across East Midlands, Humber, and South Yorkshire
- Partner with customers to support the evolving demands of modern cataract surgery and improve patient outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Clinical Services
- Attend live cataract and lens replacement surgical procedures when confident and ready
- Provide expert product support and guidance to healthcare professionals
- Use data and analytics to drive business success
Requirements
- Degree-educated, with evidence of high personal achievement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across a range of stakeholders
- Proven ability to execute in a sales environment
- Growth mindset and drive for results
