Senior Support Worker is the person to whom

Responsible to: Manor Healthcare Domiciliary Care Agency Registered Manager

The designated individual will collaborate with a group of support personnel to accomplish the scheme’s goals.

Important responsibilities and duties

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • The capacity to offer clients practical assistance and support in all areas of social skill development, domestic skill development, personal care, and emotional support in a sensitive manner.

  • Health and Social Care NVQ/QCF Level 2 or higher (or equivalent)
