Female Care Assistants – Sponsorship for UK Visa!

Join our multi-award-winning team and be part of our family-owned business, which very much has our carers at the core of it. We are recruiting loving and sensitive Female Homecare Assistants who are already in the UK and seeking Sponsorship.

This position is for female applicants only due to the nature of the profession, including personal care, and to satisfy the needs and preferences of our female clients. This is a real occupational necessity under the Equality Act 2010
We are situated in Derbyshire with branches in Ilkeston, Long Eaton and Ripley.

Homecare Assistant – Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent standards of care and assistance to those living in their own home
• Assist clients with washing, grooming and dressing
• Running the home, such as laundry and food shopping
• Preparing meals and serving them at the correct times
• Administering and managing medication
• Collaborating with other health and social care providers to deliver the best possible care
• Writing visit notes that are detailed, accurate and true.

Standards and Requirements

This employment is open to female applicants only, due to the nature of the role, which involves personal care, and to satisfy the needs and preferences of our female clientele. This is a real occupational necessity under the Equality Act 2010.

1 year minimum care experience

Full UK driving licence and own car/transport (essential)
Driving licence and access to a bike or moped

What we provide

• Work pattern: Full-time – minimum of 37.5 guaranteed hours each week. This contract would require you to work a mix of breakfast, lunch, tea and bed calls each day
• Competitive rates of pay: £13.40 per hour – includes weekdays and weekends – plus £2.10 per house you visit

• Contributions by employer to pension
• Continuous training – including one week’s induction training in our award-winning training center (we will pay you £425 for this), finishing your Care Certificate, Advanced Dementia and End of Life training in your first year and 4 days of paid CPD to use every year
• Supportive management – 24-hour on-call help.
