Community Carer – Early Shift (7.00am – 2.30pm)

Early shifts are all about getting people safely and comfortably set up for their day.

Regular rounds and established itineraries mean you won’t be travelling over unknown places – most days you’ll be inside the same local neighbourhood.

What is different about this job

  • Finish at 2.30pm – leave your afternoons free
  • 37.5 hours a week, no zero hour contracts
  • Local routes – little travel between visits
  • Regular consumers – create real, friendly ties
  • Structured rota – alternate weekends (1 week on, 1 week off)
