Job Details

Must be able to start immediately:

Care Workers with a UK driving licence

All applicants MUST have been working in domiciliary care continuously for a minimum of 3 months.

Sponsorship/ COS available for suitable candidates in the UK on a fixed-term basis.

We are Deben Willow Care Ltd., headquartered in Claydon, Suffolk. We are a privately owned provider of care services in the community. We are seeking dedicated Community Care Workers to join our existing team.

As part of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent, supporting them, and offering services including personal care, medication support, companionship, and a non-exhaustive list of support tasks that support and assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy, and content within their own home environment.

The selected candidate will need to display several skills, including expertise within the sector, empathy, self-awareness, good communication, and also attributes as a positive carer and demonstrating the high standards of care and service delivery.

Self-Improvement

• All instruction is face-to-face
• To be eligible for this employment, you must hold a driving licence and have your own transport
• An upgraded DBS and references will be sought on offer of a post. Good timekeeping is a must. Computer-based knowledge is required
• We are offering a contract of 42 hours per week, working a two-week fixed roster.
• We have the possibility of more overtime if you want to help cover holidays and staff absence.
