Your Responsibilities
Enabling people with learning impairments to live life on their own terms – freedom, choice and dignity
Person-centred assistance with daily living, personal care and community excursions
Building real, trustworthy relationships with the people you support and their families
Fun hobbies, social activities and fresh experiences – every day is different
Medication support under the advice of our professional nursing team
Maintain accurate and clear records and communication with the wider team
What We Are Looking For
We’re not looking for qualifications – we’re looking for the perfect person:
A real desire to help others and do good
Patience, kindness, and a good sense of humour
Reliability – individuals we support rely on you
The desire to learn, progress, and accept new challenges
Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
A full UK driving licence would be a plus, but is not essential
