Care Assistant – £14.50 – £15.60/hr | Paid Travel | Stirling, Dunblane, Bridge of Allan

Area:

Stirling, Dunblane & Bridge of Allan

Hours:

Average 35 hours per week – overtime available

Salary:

£14.50 – £15.60/hour

Essential Requirements

• Full DVLA UK Driving Licence
• The ability to drive your own vehicle to work
• The right to work in the UK

Please note you must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own vehicle for work. Sponsorship may be provided for qualified individuals.

What we’re looking for:

We are searching for a committed Care Assistant to become a member of our rural care team serving Stirling, Dunblane, and Bridge of Allan, and the surrounding areas.

This is a gratifying and important role which assists people to continue living safely and joyfully at home. You’ll support clients with daily activities, give companionship, and maintain their welfare – all while creating significant connections within your local community.

We’re happy to provide

• Great hourly rate of £14.50-£15.60 per hour
• 2 weekends off each month
• Paid the whole run time
• Travel at 45p per mile
• Travel time is included in your rota, so realistic when travelling between appointments
• Longer appointments (minimum 45 min personal care)
• Ongoing support and training from our greater Hamill Homecare network

Key Skills & Attributes

• Skilled in delivering professional care and support
• Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
• Responsive to changing client needs
• Awareness of National Care Standards
• Good communication skills and a team player

Key Details:

• Permanent contract (average 35 hours/week) with possibility of additional hours
• AM, PM, and at least one split shift every week, several shifts
• Own vehicle necessary for the driver
