We are presently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our well-established and expanding team at Lambeth Care Services. In South West and West London, covering Lambeth, South Kensington, Westminster, Ealing, and the surrounding districts, we offer top-notch help to people who live in their own homes.

Concerning the Position

We are seeking devoted, trustworthy, and compassionate people to join our care team. Applications are open to both drivers and non-drivers.

As a care assistant, you will help people in their homes preserve their independence, dignity, and quality of life by offering them both practical and emotional support.

Important Duties

• helping with personal hygiene, such as clothing, grooming, and bathing
• Assisting clients with tasks of daily living
• Offering emotional support and company
• Helping with light housework and food preparation
• Encouraging or urging patients to take their medications
• assisting clients in accessing the community or attending appointments when necessary
• Keeping an eye on the health of clients and properly reporting issues
• Effective communication with patients, families, and medical staff

• Although not necessary, prior care experience is advantageous because training will be given.
