Job summary

The 24 Month BSc (Hons) Midwifery Shortened Programme at the London South Bank University aims to produce competent, caring, research- and evidence-based midwives, capable of delivering effective woman-centred care for mothers and their families. This full-time programme commences in September 2065.

During the 24 Month course, time will be split between London South Bank University (LSBU) and the Royal London Hospital.

To apply for the course, you will have the following;

An active Adult Nursing Registration (NMC Registration)

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Nursing with a minimum of 2:2

Proven post-registration experience in a Nursing setting in the UK.

GCSE Maths and English or equivalencies or IELTS 7.0

Main duties of the job

• Postgraduate Diploma in Midwifery course at London South Bank University (24 months).

• During the two-year course, time will be spent 50% with London South Bank University Southwark and 50% with Barts Health NHS Trust at the Royal London Hospital
