Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients
• Issue order forms and configure electricity, gas, water, and broadband accounts
• Confirm active service status before client move-in dates
• Respond to incoming client queries promptly and warmly according to response-time standards
• Maintain accurate and current internal systems and client tracking databases daily
• Chase and resolve billing and direct debit issues with clients and utility suppliers
• Plan and prepare social media content
• Keep brand platforms active and on-brand
• Develop marketing materials for clients and partners
• Use Claude and other AI platforms to draft client communications, update administrative systems, and schedule social media content

Requirements

• Excellent command of written English with a warm, professional manner suitable for high-end market clients
• Demonstrated interest in social media and marketing, with hands-on experience running channels or creating content (professionally or personally)
• High level of personal organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage concurrent priorities without compromising output
• Comfort and confidence in learning and using digital tools
• Willingness to adopt AI platforms like Claude daily; full training provided
• Remote working capability with complete availability during UK business hours
• Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, lettings, or property administration
• Proficiency with Facebook, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Claude
