Home Care Workers Required – Sponsorship Available

Hours

Fulltime. Weekend and Weekday shifts.

VHM Care is a family-owned home care provider.

Founded in 2017, we have grown to support our local community (Worthing).

We have a position open in our home care team, and we are searching for the perfect person to make a difference. Are you nice and caring? Do you enjoy being part of the local community? Are you passionate and talented enough to change someone’s life?

VHM Care may be your workplace.

Duties

• Create and execute individualised care plans in partnership with health care experts.
• Help clients with everyday tasks.
• Make sure clients are comfortable and healthy.
• Maintain accurate client progress records and efficiently engage with clients’ relatives.
• Promote an atmosphere of support by communicating effectively and showing understanding.

What You’ll Need

• Full Driving Licence (mandatory)
• Access to your vehicle that you must ensure is suitable for commercial use.
• The right to work in the UK (Available to suitable individuals)
