Description

• Develop architecture and end-to-end solution designs for major Salesforce projects across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

• Define Salesforce platform architecture and integration strategies using established integration patterns.

• Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, CDP, and Master Data Management systems.

• Participate in architectural governance processes covering conceptual, logical, and physical designs.

• Facilitate key design decisions and ensure stakeholder involvement.

• Explain architectural decisions, their rationale, and implications to senior management.

• Contribute to cross-functional Design Working Groups and ensure projects comply with architectural standards.

• Mentor and coach less experienced Solution Architects.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, operations, and digital teams on global customer technology systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in solution design, including methodologies, diagrams, analysis, and technical specifications.

• Experience designing large-scale enterprise customer management architectures, particularly Salesforce solutions.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce platform architecture.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, CDPs, and Master Data Management systems.

• Understanding of Salesforce governance, architectural standards, and implementation best practices.
