About the Role
Nottingham Trent University is looking for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Macroeconomics (permanent position). The department looks to promote innovation and a multi-disciplinary approach, working closely with industry, the public and third sectors. The department currently offers undergraduate and postgraduate provision in Economics and associated Business and Finance specialisms.
Working closely with the course leadership team, the role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as supporting the learning of our students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Experience in researching and teaching on international trade and economic development will be advantageous.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will contribute to the development, assessment and management of academic programmes within the subject area.
Most importantly, you should have a passion and enthusiasm for teaching and nurturing the next generation of economists.
